This year a record number of MGs gathered at London’s Crystal Palace for the ever popular Regency Run. To cope with over 700 entrants two routes were planned to take MGs both old and new down through the leafy lanes of Sussex and Kent to Brighton. Fine weather enabled entrants to drive with hoods folded which greatly adds to the appeal of the Run.

First away was this stately 192914/40 which belongs to R Coxeter of Dunmow

This 1957 MGA belongs to A Tearall from Surbiton and is finished in the unusual factory colour of Alamo Beige
