| | Does anyone have any information? - My car is a 1972 Black Tulip MGB GT, reg JSN 714L, with Ochre half cloth half vinyl interior and I am looking to find some of the vehicle's history. I know the follwing details already. It was built in the factory between 5th - 6th December 1972. It left the factory with the following: rostyle wheels, servo brakes and tinted glass but no overdrive or seat belts. It was dispatched to Jersey on the 7th December 1972, to Cleveland Garages Ltd. The car was then imported back into the UK on 2nd December 1991 (this is present on my current V5 as the date) and we believe it was imported into Scotland. As far as we can make out it is still bears the original paint, interior, engine, gear box and axle as it left the factory with and is yet to be restored. If anyone can provide old pictures, memorabilia, old invoices of the car we would appreciate it. Please email gavsmith26@btinternet.com |
