MG CROATIA - KRK. Croatia lies across the sparkling Adriatic from Italy with over 5000 kilometres of stunning sunny coastline including more than 1000 pretty islands. Our destination for MG Croatia is the Island of Krk in the Kvarner region. WELSH BMC, BL & ARG “GET TOGETHER”. 10.30am to 3.15pm (gates open to set up from 9am). Pontypridd High School Cilfynydd, Pontypridd, South Wales. 9 miles north of Cardiff, just off the A470.
Aiming to “get together” a liberal mix of BMC, BL and ARG products. Passionate and enthusiastic owners torque-ing. All things BMC, BL and ARG. Ex-dealership and BMC, BL and ARG employees. Plus the “drive the flag” quiz…which team will take the “drive the flag” trophy? “non-quartic wheel” trophy for the car of the day. Then at 3.15pm (approx) the start of the inaugural “automobile palace” run to Llandrindod wells and back.

NORWICH MGOC 13TH MEMORIAL RUN. This well attended run will take place on Sunday September 5th 2010. A 75/80 mile run through Norfolk visiting some of the old WW2 airfields. The cost is £20.00, which includes a bacon buttie and coffee at the start, route book, rally plate and a finishing memento. We will again start at Tibenham airfield. In 2010 this popular run will take place on September 5th and will take in the beautiful and interesting local countryside of Staffordshire and Cheshire for approximately 75 miles, (this year, it is again a new route) as for your final destination, turn up on the morning and find out. Wherever you end up it is always an interesting place, so try it, turn up and find out.
It is still only £16 for the day which includes a rally plaque, tea or coffee at the start, and a fine bone china souvenir of your day, and not to be forgotten a GREAT day out as well. SMGEC 2010 CHARITY EVENT. Great East Run from Barton Marina to Rutland Water. Meet at 10.00am for a 10.30am start at Barton Marina, where coffee will be available at the marina ahead of the start. Barton Marina is situated on the B5016 close to the A38 and between the Barton junction and Barton under Needwood village.
The Great East Run of approximately 60 miles will pass through scenic countryside in Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Rutland County, ending at Rutland Water.
There is a small refreshments kiosk at our car park and we recommend picnics as the best option for lunch. There are also café’s at other lake locations and plenty of local pubs all in easy driving distance of our finishing point.
There is a charge of £10.00 per car for the run which will be donated to our nominated Charity, the Donna Louise Trust, a Children’s Hospice.

THE DOUGHNUT DELIGHT 2010. The Basingstoke area group of the MG Owners Club are pleased to announce The Doughnut Delight. Basingstoke is a town of roundabouts - Doughnut City - let us take you out from these onto some roads in the surrounding area which you are sure to find delightfully suitable for your MG. Taking place on Sunday 26th September 2010, and starting at 2:00pm, this will be an ideal last-of-the-season run. It will embrace approximately 60 miles around North Hampshire, starting from the usual Basingstoke area MGOC monthly meeting place, Longbridge Mill (at RG27 0DL) just off the A33 at Sherfield-on-Loddon, where you might like to book a table for a meal at the end of the run (Tel. 01256 883483). Entry is only £5 per car – what a bargain! All the money from the entry fees received will be donated to our chosen charity, the Neurofibromatosis Assocoation.

MG OWNERS' CLUB AUTUMN ROAD RUN. Starting from MGOC HQ in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire follow a scenic road run to Burghley House in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Visit England's greatest Elizabethan House built between 1555 and 1564, enjoy the extensive gardens and parkland stretching to 2000 acres. Enjoy one of the year's last events before wrapping your MG up for the winter.
Costing £35 per car for 2 occupants to include:
