Sandringham Stand 2025

A number of Club members enjoyed a most entertaining, illuminating and interesting visit to the headquarters of the Witham Group in Lincoln on 24th March to be informed as to how a considerable range of oils are manufactured for use in a host of different vehicles but for us especially in our classic cars. The tour of the production plant was an eye-opener. Our trip to Lincoln was further enhanced by our visit to Rimmer Bros? & Moss Europe premises at Bracebridge Heath where a tour of the warehouse and packing/dispatch department gave an insight to this busy operation. We anticipate that Drive It Day on 26th April will have seen members display the fruits of their labours in washing, polishing and buffing their MGs to impress onlookers as they graced the roads of Cambridgeshire and beyond. Some of the members were signed up to take part on that day in the annual Uppingham to Stilton Run ? known as the Stilton Cheese Run ? no cheese harmed! This run through Rutland?s beautiful Welland Valley passes and repasses under the impressive Welland Viaduct with its 82 arches.Preparations are in hand for the Club?s stand at the Sandringham Pageant of Motoring when up to 20 cars will be displayed there on Sunday 24th May. The Club enjoyed an enjoyable and busy day there in 2025 and expect to repeat that success again this year.Alison Meek, our Club Membership Secretary, will be pleased to inform prospective new members about what the Club has to offer for MG enthusiasts.
